For our Finance organization based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for a

Controlling Associate


As a Controlling Associate you will be responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of reporting & dashboards of the operating costs.

In addition, you will partner on projects with the IT team overseeing the financial performance and help reaching the company's digital transformation.

You will support the controlling service to ensure the smooth running of the financial activities.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Coordinate and consolidate the budgets/forecasts of the General & Administrative expenses in collaboration with business units, establish and present quarterly reports
Act as a finance business partner on investments in IT projects by providing total cost of ownership, calculation of payback & ROI
Responsible for the financial interactions & true up reconciliations for projects in cost sharing with pre-commercial alliances
Ensure rigorous control, budget/forecast and reporting of the contractors & consultants

Analyze commercial revenues:
develop and monitor performance indicators, quarterly reporting support, monitor compliance with contractual clauses

Participate in the closing activities, including analytical breakdowns, inter-company flows, verification of the consistency of accounting charges in collaboration with the accounting department.

Support the Controlling team with ad-hoc analysis as necessary
Work on digitalization & continuous process improvement of the activities


Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance
At least 2-3 years of experience in Controlling within the industry or/and a first experience as Auditor for the industry within a BIG FOUR
Advanced skills with software related to controlling activities (ERP, BI, Excel...), knowledge of Jedox and Proconcept are a plus
Ability to link financial data to operations to ensure optimal support for decision making.
Team player & collaborative, you also work well independently
Solution oriented, you are looking to improve tools and processes
Detail-oriented, you are agile in setting up priorities
