Your role

Marketers always need new solutions to provide future and current customers with a state-of-the-art customized experience.

Data collection and analysis is critical in providing marketers with the correct information and tools to achieve such a task.

CRM systems are the primary tools used by companies to engage with customers.

We offer to develop a strong integration between Social Network "signals" and CRM from the ground up to capitalize on otherwise lost information from social networks and help companies with their business processes, such as Marketing or Sales.

Imagine that a social network user leaves a positive comment on your company's most recent post.

Such a signal is nowadays left behind but could be captured and automatically fed to the CRM by creating a lead.

A profiling of this lead could then be run thanks to a deep social network integration and publicly available data to detect interests and affinities with specific brands or influencers or track the number and quality of interactions the user had with our company.

This data could improve interactions by making them less intrusive and sending custom messages at the right time to build stronger relationships and enhance a company's image.

Add to that some AI capabilities offered by Open AI / GPT to analyze the signals (sentiment, topic,) and propose some actions and content generated by AI.

What we offer during this internship is to build a solution to:
Build a dedicated App to manage Social Network Integration
Collect a broad range of currently unused data from social networks.
Build analysis tools and models for marketers to exploit untapped potential of such data.
Construct marketing automation tools based on data collected.

You will be using:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Stack.
Artificial Intelligence including the new Open AI / GPT.

We will provide you with:

You will also discover and learn about industry standards and methodologies for collecting and analyzing needs, designing, and delivering professional solutions and deliverables.

Objectives:

Design and construction of data model.
Models running in azure to provide insights on data collected.

The main model should aim at drawing a map of current and potential interests of clients based on social network profile and interactions.

This information will be gathered in a 360 view of the customers interests and potential future interactions.
Construct marketing automation tools with triggers and actions based on data collected and on models.
Build data visualization tool to provide quick and simple to use insights for marketers.
Use AI capabilities to improve the process.

Profile:

Coding.
Experience with any cloud provider would be a strong plus.
General affinity for IT and Big Data
Experience with Power Platform (but not a must)
AI/ML knowledges is a plus.
