    Wir such en einen/eine Public Area Attendant für das Mandarin Oriental Palace in Luzern

    Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Drei Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab.

    Als Public Area Attendant werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein:

  • Reinigung aller öffentlichen Bereiche, Restaurants, Spa und Tagungsräume
  • Reinigung der Backbereiche wie Büros, Mitarbeiterumkleideräume und Lagerräume
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Etagen- und Housekeeping Büro
  • Meldung von technischen Mängeln
  • Verteilung der Wäsche, der Zimmeraccessoires sowie der Minibargetränke in die Etagenlager
  • Verteilung und Rücknahme von Extrabetten, Babybetten und Hundekörben
  • Unterstützung der Zimmerreinigung

    • Als Public Area Attendant suchen wir nach:

  • Erste Erfahrung im Reinigungsbereich
  • Eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität – zu Ihrer Position gehören Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten
  • Gute Umgangsformen und ein hohes Mass an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Aufgeschlossenheit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

    We are looking for a Public Area Cleaner to join our iconic Mandarin Oriental Palace , Lucerne

    The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is in the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of meeting facilities, a Spa and a fitness room roundup our offer for our Guests.

    As Public Area Cleaner, y you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Public area cleaning such as restaurants, Spa and Events rooms
  • Back of the house cleaning such as offices, colleagues' changing rooms and storage rooms
  • Reporting technical defects
  • Distributing laundry, room and minibar amenities to the floor offices
  • Delivering und returning Extra beds, Babycots and dog baskets
  • Suporting room cleaning

    • As Public Area Cleaner, we are looking for:

  • First professional experience in the cleaning area
  • Strong service oriented and independent work method
  • Flexibility – your position includes weekend and holiday shifts
  • Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance and high quality awareness
  • Open-mindedness, sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • German and English knowledge. Other foreign languages are advantageous
