JOIN THE GLOBAL PRODUCT SUPPLY TEAM:

We are one global team of supply planners & supply creators, supported by business process management and reporting employees, located all around the world.

We are responsible for converting adidas' business plan into a product supply strategy, setting the seasonal planning frameworks and projecting the global production performance.

Our target is to plan, purchase and achieve the highest product availability for all markets & brands. We innovate our processes & systems and are at the forefront of reporting, analytics, and automation.

YOUR TASKS:

Support planning processes to achieve availability targets
Responsible for creation and distribution of operational reports
Support system & process improvements through analytics and insights
Adapt to changes coming from internally and externally driven projects ensuring processes are in sync
Support allocated processes as process agent ensuring processes are documented, mapped and up to date
Support supply review with relevant stakeholders to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place

YOUR PROFILE:

Student of supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems or similar
Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship
Or in the socalled gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
Coordination and follow up skills
Serviceminded and consumer/customer oriented
Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems
Team player and effective collaborator
Ability to communicate effectively
Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills)
Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
