Talent Acquisition and Outreach Coordinator

At CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, we're seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition and Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent to one of the world's leading scientific research organizations.

Your Responsibilities:

Outreach Initiatives: Contribute to planning and executing outreach initiatives to attract candidates, including career fairs, webinars, student visits, and partnerships with universities and schools.
Country Representation: Develop initiatives to increase representation from specific countries such as Germany and the Netherlands to enhance CERN's attractiveness as an employer.
Employer Branding: Support implementation of actions that strengthen CERN's employer brand and HR communications.
SmartCRM Tool: Play a key role in deploying the SmartCRM tool, managing the talent community, creating content, and executing monthly campaigns.
Content Creation: Develop and deliver content across multiple channels, including drafting posts for social media.
Recruitment Efforts: Actively contribute to recruitment efforts by collaborating with recruiters on sourcing and hiring activities as needed.

Your Profile:

Requirements:

Project Management: Experience in project management.
Office Software: Proficiency in office software.
Initial Experience: Initial experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or a related field is considered a plus.
Language Skills: Spoken and written English or French, with a commitment to learn the basics of the other language.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
Applicants without University degree are not eligible.
Applicants with a PhD are not eligible.

What We Offer:

A monthly stipend ranging between 5134 and 5647 Swiss Francs (net of tax).
Coverage by CERN's comprehensive health scheme (for yourself, your spouse and children), and membership of the CERN Pension Fund.
Depending on your individual circumstances: installation grant; family, child and infant allowances; payment of travel expenses at the beginning and end of contract.
30 days of paid leave per year.
On-the-job and formal training at CERN as well as in-house language courses for English and/or French.
