Job Description:

Your mission

You will develop and lead a team dedicated to ensuring that Avaloq's cloud solutions meet all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements for security and privacy.

Working with the cloud engineering and architecture teams, along with customers and regulators; you will ensure that the Avaloq cloud controls are efficient, effective and automated.

Understand and translate financial, privacy, and security regulatory requirements into security controls for Switzerland, EU, EFTA and Singapore
Define process requirements to match the desired security requirements
Define automation for tracking controls and reducing the audit/compliance burden
Supervise engineers to implement the respective tools, services, and automation
Collaborate with customer compliance teams and regulatory bodies on new and emerging standards

Qualifications:

What you need

15+ years experience working in security and compliance
10+ years experience working on cloud technologies
Substantial experience developing and implementing successful compliance programs at a major cloud provider.
Demonstrated experience working with governmental regulatory bodies
Demonstrated experience working with financial regulators and auditors in Switzerland, the EU, EFTA, or Singapore
Demonstrated experience leading ISAE3000 and ISO 27001style audits
Demonstrated experience building successful globallydistributed security teams
Demonstrated experience providing advisory services globally
Demonstrated experience performing sales support for large enterprise deals
Experience leading teams developing tools and automation for compliance
Fluent in English.
