You will be in charge of coordinating the work of the housekeeping staff. You will be responsible for ensuring standards of quality and cleanliness. You will have the responsibility to train and supervise the Housekeeping Attendants, Floor Porters, and you will be responsible for planning the tasks. You will also be in charge of checking and controlling the rooms before they are made available. You will be responsible for maintaining fluid communication with other hotel services to ensure an efficient management of cleaning product stocks and supplies.You have confirmed experience in a similar position, with a good knowledge of hospitality standards. You possess a keen attention to detail and a strong organizational ability. You have the ability to communicate and coordinate work with other departments thanks to your leadership skills. You enjoy training and developing teams in a collaborative environment.
