About the job- Driving and improving activities in the customs network from production locations to point of sale- Leading savings analyses regionally (FTA, brokerage management, supply chain process improvements)- Leading the customs workstream in logistics project implementations, taking care of export/import declarations and brokerage set up, customs valuation etc.

- Acting as main point of contact for the regions, in case of process questions or audits from customs authorities/local rulings- Coordinating with the regions and central controlling, to ensure an appropriate customs budget forecast is provided every year- Auditing actual customs costs against forecast and supporting regions in identifying the gaps- Auditing regional broker KPIs to ensure adherence to forecasted customs budget & no operational delays- Establishing a network with Corporate Planning, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing and Master Data for integration of customs aspects in new initiatives in these areas

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Master's, at least Bachelor's degree
  • preferably in Business Administration or Taxes
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills, German is a plus
  • Experience in SAP GTS or other Customs and Trade Compliance systems
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach
