Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Axcess COS Supply Chain Manager to join us at our facility in Basel.- Drives continuous improvement and global adoption of best practices through consultation with leadership and process owners.- Creates and maintains strong partnerships with EMEA Operations and Sales leadership to enhance communication and collaboration.- Ensures efficient utilization of facility space, defined staffing models, and proper inventory turns to reduce obsolescence while maintaining high customer order fulfillment.- Evaluates and optimize delivery routes and manage company-owned store fleet operations.- Leads and supports the implementation of company programs, procedures, and practices to achieve a competitive advantage.- Manages all activities related to acquisition onboarding and integration to ensure successful integration and full realization of synergies.- Assists with training and development of branch personnel to maximize their effectiveness/productivity and coaches and mentors Operations Managers to improve their leadership and organizational/time management skills.

Availability to travel 50% of the time within the region is required._

Key requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 10 years of field operations management experience or 15+ years of operations management experience.
Leadership and teambuilding skills, including motivation, direction, and influence of team members in a manner consistent with Company culture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Analytical skills, including problemsolving and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving execution successfully and operationalizing talent strategies.
Understanding of financial statements (P&Ls) and how to positively influence them through action.
Experience leading operations in a multifacility/high volume retail environment and prior experience in the automotive aftermarket is desirable.
