We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Psychology for an enthusiastic Research Assistant.

We are looking for a Psychology graduate to support the work on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) across the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology training programme.

This post is to develop work set as a priority by Health Education England.


The primary responsibilities for the postholder are to support the EDI lead for the Clinical Psychology training programme and will include developing and evaluating programme initiatives, such as a mentoring programme for ethnic minoritised applicants, curriculum review, community outreach, changes to the selection process, and supervisor training.

This will involve close liaison with local NHS Trusts, University colleagues and other programme stakeholders, (such as trainees and Experts by Experience, Service Users and Carers).
