Your mission:

You are the Single Point of Contact for multiple Co-Manufacturers, managing daytoday communications and business relationships.
You budget and negotiate prices and production capacities and manage mid

- to long-term capacity planning with your subordinate Co-Manufacturers.

You create, communicate, and track KPIs for comanufacturing sites.
You drive compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring our Co-Manufacturers meet our agreedupon terms, service levels, and quality standards.
You coordinate the smooth integration of Co-Manufacturers' processes into our supply chain, ensuring a seamless flow of goods.
You craft and revise contractual agreements, ensuring all partnerships are built on solid, mutually beneficial grounds.
You conduct thorough annual reviews, supplier audits, and risk assessments to maintain the highest quality and service levels.
You play an active role in NPD projects and coordinate the implementation of new products and processes at your subordinate Co-Manufacturers.
You manage complex crossfunctional projects from inception to completion.
You strategically plan for scaling operations to meet our ambitious business plan and develop a robust contract manufacturing strategy.
You scout, evaluate, and onboard new contract manufacturers to bolster our innovation pipeline and support makeorbuy decisions.

You:

Possess a BSc/MSc in Food Science/Technology or Business Economics, with additional qualifications in Procurement and/or Business Economics.
Bring at least 5 years of experience in procurement, contract manufacturing management, or supply chain management in the food industry or FMCG.
Have a stellar track record in negotiation and building robust business relationships.
Are trained in project management and skilled in handling multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Exhibit exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and strong partnerships.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Have a handson personality and show a great passion for crossfunctional teamwork and a high degree of ownership.
Are dedicated to continuous improvement and have a keen financial understanding of P&L to drive bottomline results.
Are willing to travel to various manufacturing sites as needed.
Are fluent in German and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
Hold a valid work permit for Switzerland.
