Your role
Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform to enhance the digital workplace.
Create strategies for seamless integration of Power Platform within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Develop and customize Power Platform to address specific business requirements.
Implement efficient data models, workflows, and user interfaces using Power Platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions that enhance the digital workplace experience.
Design and implement automation processes to streamline digital workplace workflows.
Implement and optimize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for effective collaboration and communication.
Integrate Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 tools to create a cohesive and integrated digital workplace environment.
Offer ongoing support to ensure a smooth and productive digital workplace experience.

Profile:

An EPFL/ ETH/m University degree in the Scientific, Technical or Management fields.
Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Architect or similar role.
Experience with Power Platform development.
Good communication skills and customer satisfaction oriented.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform and Microsoft 365 certifications.
Familiarity with Digital Workplace concepts, strategies and best practices.
Experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft 365 & Power Platform collaboration solutions.
Knowledge of modern workplace technologies and trends.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Capability to work fluently in French and English.
Ability to travel in CH Romandie.
