Description du poste
Ensuring data custodianship is applied for data across the organisation.

Developing and providing support for the implementation of data quality management processes to ensure alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.

Chairing the Group Data Operational Committee which oversees data governance initiatives and launches remediation programmes to address data quality issues across the business lines.

Acting as a major player with regard to implementing, aligning and monitoring the Group's data management goals.
Establishing close working relationships with Data Officers, Data Protection Officers and Group Information Security Officers across the Group.
Coordinating data governance matters with the Chief Data Officers positioned in Bank's legal entities.
Description du profil
University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
At least 5 years' experience in a banking environment.
Previous experience and knowledge of data governance and architecture.
Relevant technical skills in dealing with datasets and conducting data analysis would be a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of initiative and commitment; a self-starter and will the capacity to work independently.
Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment.
Can-do attitude with hands-on approach.
Fluent in French and excellent command of English.
Must be resident in Switzerland.
