    Are you a motivated person who enjoys taking care of medical devices? As a service technician, you ensure the proper functioning of life support systems at our clients' sites. You are also responsible for new equipment. Theramed specializes in the fields of dialysis, anesthesia, and intensive care, making a valuable contribution to those affected. Dialysis Technician / Service Technician 80 - 100% (m/f/d) Here is what you can expect from your varied days: a committed personality who likes to work independently, a culture of teamwork and recognition, and an owner-managed SME that is growing rapidly and offering innovative key products. Your responsibilities and tasks include maintenance work mainly in Western Switzerland, specifically on hemodialysis and acute dialysis machines, care chairs, water treatment systems, and acid concentrate production. You will follow up on maintenance tasks, receive service requests, and schedule appointments with clients. You will provide telephone assistance for troubleshooting and collaborate with manufacturers on technical issues. You will manage the spare parts necessary for your activities and write reports related to service work. You will handle the installation and commissioning of new devices, and participate in on-call service, including occasional replacement of the technician in German-speaking Switzerland. Your profile includes a technical diploma in the field of electrotechnology or medical technology, with at least 3 years of experience in the maintenance of medical devices, preferably hemodialysis machines. You should be familiar with networking tools and technologies, comfortable with technology, and adopt a reassuring and solution-oriented approach. You are capable of working independently, structured, with a sense of analysis and responsibility. A very good command of written and spoken French and English is required; German is a plus.
