Job description:

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our
Life Sciences team in
Etoy. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as
HVAC & Utilities Project Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

Function as project manager for multiple capital projects, focusing on HVAC and Utilities projects involving sustainability initiatives and asset replacement (due to equipment obsolescence or improvement)
Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders
Facilitate project management activities across the entire project management methodology: ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables, track progress against baseline schedule, manage project priorities and ensure adherence to the agreed scope
Proactively conduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis and monitoring on projects; formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies, recommend and implement solutions
Responsibility to adhere to any applicable Quality requirements, including the change control system
Interfaces with engineering maintenance planner or manufacturing planner for shutdown windows to perform facility modification.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager (operational project management)
Experienced in risk and quality management
Excellent communications skills in French and English
Sense of urgency and prioritization skills
Mobile in Etoy
