Job summary
We seek an employee for our family office (100%). Your tasks will include will execution & estate settlement: self-administered management of will execution mandates including immediate measures, inventory taking, asset declarations, inheritance divisions and inheritance contracts. You will also have direct contact with heirs, authorities, banks and insurance companies as well as handling real estate transactions.We are looking for someone with higher education in law or equivalent experience in advocacy/ notary office or bank/rechtsdienst of a company. We require more than three years of experience in the field of will execution/nachlassabwicklung or similar legal/trustee environment.
