To support our Not-For-Profit and UN activities, we are currently looking for a versatile professional specialized in auditing projects.
You'll be related to KPMG Forensic team, supporting organizations manage risk and reduce the potential damage arising from misconduct and unethical behavior.
Assistant Manager / Manager - Forensic / Audit NFP and UN
Your contribution to KPMG
- For international organizations (NFP, UN), manage audit and other assurance related assignments from planning to finalization of reports in line with agreed timescales
- Coordinate with global teams and take responsibility for planning, execution and reviewing of deliverables
- Assist the Management in creating and maintaining a sufficiently detailed budget of engagements to allow for proper tracking and analysis of hours incurred on engagements
- Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities
- Coach and develop younger team members and take ownership in shaping and further developing our team
- Manage existing client relationships and identify business opportunities by building relationships both internally and externally and assist with the development of proposals in order to win new engagements
- Potentially lead advisory assignments such as due diligence, forensic audits and make the appropriate recommendations to the client with the assistance of senior engagement personnel
- University Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or any other relevant business education
- At least 4 years of professional experience in auditing projects within an auditing firm, experience in project management
- CPA in progress or obtained is a strong asset
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to take on various tasks in a small team, convincing communication skills and entrepreneurial flair
- Open to travel
- Fluency in English and French including excellent writing skills in both. Any additional language is an advantage i.e., Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.
