Your RoleIn a global team of trade compliance specialists spanning different countries and cultures, the role involves ensuring compliant trade at our Swiss site in Buchs, in line with all relevant trade compliance regulations.

Responsibilities include overseeing transactional processes related to regulated product orders, conducting internal and external audits, acting as a liaison with local authorities, and handling necessary reporting and license applications for controlled substances.

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders in order processing and customer-facing units, the position involves providing guidance on trade-compliance queries.

Active involvement in global projects and initiatives, contributing to the team's objectives, and leveraging individual talents to achieve ambitious goals collectively are also key aspects of the role.

Who you areMaster's degree in pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or chemical engineeringMinimum of 3 years of experience in the chemical industryExcellent understanding of legal requirements, preferably with experience in regulatory affairs, quality, or trade controlExperience with internal and external audits is an assetSolid understanding of business needs and commercial and logistical processesStrong team player with a passion for collaborationOpen to change and new ways of workingWillingness to travel up to 15%Fluent in German and EnglishWhat we offer:
