Join us as Segment Strategist with the responsibility for the effective implementation of segment strategy by focusing on developing and adapting the business model enabling a state-of-the-art client experience.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Enable the segment strategy process from strategy definition to strategy implementation
Develop and adapt value proposition for global pure play wealth manager
Ensure clientcentric project implementation and strategic alignment across the organization
Support the various entities within the Client Strategy & Experience organization in defining and operationalizing their strategies
Generate strategic insights based on indepth research, outline recommendations and enable informed decisionmaking of senior leadership
Create business cases related to potential new client segments and target groups
Develop measures, projects and initiatives that enable the realization of the organization's strategy and objectives
Drive strategic projects and initiatives that address the organization's strategic priorities

YOUR PROFILE:

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
Experience in strategic project management ideally in a bank with a focus on digitalization and transformation
Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Highly motivated, solutionoriented team player with cando attitude valuing a positive work environment
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Relevant higher educational and professional background
