    Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortlich für das relevante Produktportfolio Railway im Bereich Kabelsysteme sowie Ausarbeitung der Produktestrategie im Zusammenarbeit mit Business Development und Sales
  • Product Life Cycle Management mit systematischer Prüfung der Marktentwicklungen
  • Laufende Entwicklung und Optimierung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Produktportfolios unter Anwendung von Value Analyses und Value Engineering Grundsätzen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Application Engineering, Sales, Project Management und Kunden, um den technischen und kommerziellen Anforderungen an das Produkt gerecht zu werden
  • Ist führend bei Non-Standard-Business Entscheidungen
  • Erstellungen von technischen Offerten
  • Definition von verkaufsunterstützenden Dokumentationen bei der Lancierung von neuen Produkten
  • Technische Beratung und Trainings
  • Ca. 10 % globale Reisetätigkeit zu Kunden und Tochtergesellschaften

    • Ihr Profil

  • Technisches Studium ( Bachelor Maschinenbau) und Marketing Know-how
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management in der B2B Hersteller-Industrie – von grossem Vorteil bei Zugherstellern, Kabel- oder Steckerproduzenten im Bereich Railway Systemlösungen
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Ausprägung, unternehmerisch- und marktorientiertes Denken gepaart mit eigenverantwortlichem Handeln
  • Proaktiv und autodidaktisch bei der Lösungsfindung
  • Kommunikations- und kontaktstark, verhandlungssicher, innovativ und kreativ
  • Versiert in der Anwendung von MS-Office, SAP und PLM-Systemen
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
