We are now looking for an accomplished and driven
Head of Marketing & Portfolio to help drive the definition and international scaling of new digital business models to complement core activities and accelerate the growth of our digital offerings.


Your responsibilities

  • Enable proximity partners by providing them with clear service packaging, pricing strategies, and promotion campaigns
  • Identify market trends, changes in regulations, and customer requirements and ensure they are included in the service portfolio development roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a service "catalogue" for proximity partners, including future integration into digital marketplaces
  • Define relevant critical metrics to visualize customer, partner and business success.
  • Identify digital service usecases for customers in collaboration with the Regional Solutions and Services (RSS) Service portfolio team and proximity partners
  • Prioritize, package, price and promote new and existing digital services together with the RSS Service and Marketing teams, conveying clear value propositions for customers and proximity partners
  • Act as the primary portfolio and valueselling expert in pilot projects and test cases
  • Support the continuous optimization of the delivery processes for new and existing digital service packages in collaboration with the RSS Service Industrialization and Digital Service Center teams
  • Analyze the uptake of new and existing portfolio and propose changes to strategy and tactics to ensure maximum scale effect
  • Act as an ambassador of RSS International to drive acceptance and adoption of new business models in new and existing RSS countries

Your skills and experience

  • Proven expertise understanding in service packaging, pricing, and promotion strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of outcomebased services
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, with the ability to identify new opportunities and create targeted marketing campaigns
  • Extensive experience in scaling and monetizing digital businesses, leveraging technology to drive revenue and optimize processes
  • Sound knowledge in Portfolio Management and Project Management, demonstrating the ability to oversee and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Experience developing and managing partnership to optimize collaborations and alliances
  • Sound knowledge of both new and established business models, such as Solutions and Service, SaaS, Digital, and Ecosystems, to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Strong financial forecasting skills, with the ability to manage cost centers and P&L, ensuring financial sustainability and growth
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in one or more additional languages being a strong asset
