Your challenge*:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Controller (M/F/d) for the following tasks:

  • Assisting with monthly reporting to management and store managers.
  • Responding to inquiries and acting as a reliable business partner for management and other stakeholders
  • Preparing adhoc reports to support operational decisions
  • Checking and plausibility of monthly figures to ensure reliable reporting
  • Development of Management Information System (MIS) reports in PowerBI
  • Define processes for maintaining internal PowerBI reporting
  • Act as interface to the Group and proactively participate in adhoc BI projects in close cooperation with Group Controlling and IT
  • Act as a deputy in the bank's cost accounting function to ensure a smooth workflow organization

Your profile*:

For this role we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration, finance or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in banking or finance
  • Sound knowledge of PowerBI and reporting tools
  • Analytical thinking skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proactive approach to work and strong communication skills
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and proactively work on projects
  • Very good german and englisch skills
