Your role

Are you passionate about the financial markets? Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems?
We are looking for a Project and Content Manager to:
drive the development of the Investor Profile (IP) content, methodology and processes

- act as contact for IP related questions and support the different markets, locations and functions globally
- define, sound and approve new business requirements across our wide range of stakeholders (e.g. legal, compliance, business representatives) and ensure correct implementation in the respective tools in collaboration with the respective product owners
- develop guidelines for Client Advisors and align them with business stakeholders and control functions in different locations and business areas
- represent the Investor Profile in new initiatives

Your team

You will be working in the Investor Profile team, the global competence center for investor profiling which is the starting point for providing investment advice to our clients. We are a small team with global reach and we are responsible for streamlining the Investor Profile concept, tools and processes across markets and locations. We ensure the Investor Profile is well integrated with the UBS investment value chain and advice process, we drive the development of the Investor Profile across channels in order to improve the client experience, and we define how to implement new regulatory requirements.

Your expertise

10+ years of project management experience, consulting experience strongly preferred

- worked on business projects, preferably around digital channels
- understanding of the Wealth Management business, background of regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID) is a plus
- advanced analytical and conceptual skill set and problem-solving attitude
- strong stakeholder management skills, highly organized and diligent
- focus on operational excellence and pragmatism
- full working proficiency in English, other languages are a benefit
