As of 2023, we have grown its assets under services to almost USD 3 bn and have a team of over 80 employees in our international offices.

We are looking for an ambitious
Sales/Key Account Managment to proactively shape and drive our future growth.


Who you are:

You are a strong communicator, interested in the world of structured investment solutions and financial products.

You will be working with our Sales and Key Account Management teams, participating in the Sales and Client Management processes.


Your tasks:


  • Collaborating with Senior Sales and Key Account Managers and participate in the client journey from the first contact until the successful delivery of their tailored investment solution
  • Understand the client business model and provide tailored structured solutions across asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, private equity, infrastructure projects, real estate, digital assets, and more).
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients' needs and objectives
  • Support the client with product requests and product issuance processes
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams in order to ensure highest client satisfaction and impeccable delivery of the tailored investment solutions

What you bring with you:


  • Currently pursuing (or recently graduated from) a university degree in finance, economics, business administration or other relevant field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Cando attitude
  • Good basic knowledge of financial markets and structured products
  • Client Focus: Proven ability to consistently deliver highquality service, working collaboratively with clients and internal business units
  • Strong social/soft skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage several client accounts and product requests
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Good knowledge in structured products across different asset classes
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus
Please note that Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is required
