As a Team Collaboration Manager you will be responsible for supporting high quality interaction and communication between own department and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Supporting and working closely together with the Head of Performance Management and Forecasting and GKB Management
Acting frequently as the interface between line manager and the stakeholders also by ensuring that critical information is shared with respective teammembers
Driving initiatives to strengthen the team and taking responsibility for building partnerships with the stakeholders
Developing schedules designed to meet necessary deadlines, communicate with direct teammembers as well as cross functional teams
Supervising stages of various projects, initiating new workflows, taking accountability for results
Involved in the yearly P & L Budget Analysis Process
Organizing teammeetings and workshops

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Bachelor's degree in International Marketing, Marketing, International management, International business or equivalent
Several years of experience in a similar role (International Marketing Coordinator, Project Manager or similar) ideally in the pharmaceutical industry; marketing and sales background preferred
Being able to organize successfully and work independently with good time management in a fastmoving environment
Has a good sense of prioritizing projects and analytical skills
Proactive and communicative way of working; empathy and sensitivity for dealing with different cultures
Fluent English and good German knowledge (written and oral)
