We are working on behalf of a leading Asset Management Company who is looking for proactive and highly competent clerk to take care of all back-office tasks.
About the Role:
- Management of daily administrative tasks, customer correspondence and maintain an accurate reflection of client activity
- Assisting various shareholders and partner companies with management and communication tasks
- Process and document optimization
- Supporting the project managers with submissions, offers and order processing as well as sales related tasks in DACH region
- Planning and attending meetings as well as taking charge of the minutes and protocols
- Commercial education (_Kaufmännische Ausbilding_) and preferably with further education in the financial area
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the backoffice area; preferably in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in German and English
- Excellent communication skills, strong service
- Service oriented, attention to detail and a sense for quality
