Hikma-Solutions is seeking for one of its clients a "Technical customer advisor - sales support".


You will play a pivotal role in customer satisfaction by providing competent advice and working conscientiously and efficiently, thereby making a significant and valuable contribution to the successful growth of the company.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical advice to customers on the extensive range of the company products and solutions.
  • Clarifying customer requirements and feasibility.
  • Handling technical and commercial clarifications within the LEMO Group and with partner companies.
  • Preparing and following up on quotations, supporting the external sales team.
  • Maintaining product master data and creating parts lists in the ERP system.
  • Processing quality reports; documenting and coordinating cases with the manufacturer's plant.
  • Making occasional customer visits in Switzerland, participating in trade fairs.
  • Supporting the back office with order processing.

Your profile:

  • Basic training in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics with further commercial training, preferably at HF level.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Customeroriented with strong communication skills.
  • Prior successful experience in a clientfacing role, such as technical sales or technical customer support.
  • Very good knowledge of German and good oral command of English (minimum B2 level), with French being an advantage.
  • Ability to think networked, recognize priorities, and organize oneself accordingly.
  • Reliable, confident, friendly demeanor, team player, and willingness to help.
