We are seeking at our headquarters in Kilchberg a highly motivated and committed talent.In this exciting role, you will improve effectiveness of collaboration in R&D within the Lindt & Sprüngli Group. Start would be 1st of July 2023.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects, which have an impact on multiple subsidiaries in close collaboration with the individual project managers and with the Head of Corporate R&D
- Identify interdependencies between multiple projects and related risks/ opportunities for avoiding costly inefficiencies
- Establish and maintain a project roadmap for R&D projects (i.e. product and process modification/ improvements)
- Keep Head of Corporate R&D informed about upcoming major milestones, key risks and opportunities in the running projects
- Interact independently with stakeholders at corporate level and in subsidiaries
- Improve tools and methods in collaboration with the R&D management and with the corporate transformation office
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. local R&D manager, project portfolio manager, project manager, various corporate functions, system and solution providers, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Technical degree
- Knowhow in food science
- Min. 6 years of experience in project management in FMCG, whereof at least 3 years in project portfolio management
- Highly selfmotivated, seizes opportunities to improve business performance
- Project / change management skill and experience, successfully implements change programs
- Customer oriented
- Seeks/shares best practice & develops synergies
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and advise local counterparts and other stakeholders, excellent communicator
- Need to be able to energize and motivate others, independent nature
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English written & spoken
- German a plus
