Proclinical is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as an
Export and Logistics Coordinator.


In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing the entire ordering and logistics process, ensuring seamless coordination of goods availability and delivery, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Your expertise in export formalities, coordination, and communication will be crucial to our international operations.


Please note this is a
Part-Time (60%) temporary position for
6 Months with the possibility of an extension and progression.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the endtoend ordering and logistics process for assigned agencies/subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with export control processes and regulations.
  • Prepare and handle all necessary export formalities, including customs documentation, for international shipments.
  • Coordinate the availability of goods and ensure timely provision of products to customers and subsidiaries.
  • Establish and maintain effective telephone and written communication with subsidiaries, foreign agencies, forwarders, and end customers.
  • Manage the dispatch of mail, courier services, and parcels to different recipients as required.
  • Assist in preparing quotations for products and services to support sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate pricing information and customer database within the SAP system.

Experience:


  • Completed basic commercial training or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with SAP software is a strong advantage.

Excellent knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken.

  • Good command of the English language to facilitate communication with international stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with export regulations and customs procedures is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: 60-80%, Temporary / Staffing

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
CHF CHF55.00 per hour
