CONTEXT


The Richemont Group is
accelerating its logistics transformation and
new distribution models like Direct to Point of Sales are becoming more and more a reality across the Regions.


Agility, Speed and being Customer-centric are the
key drivers for a
successful logistics transformation across the Maisons.


By joining the Group Supply Chain Projects, you will work and
contribute to the elaboration of our
Logistics Operating Model through the establishment of structured documentation, serving as
central repository for all our business partners.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?


While being immersed in an international environment, your job will consist of
understanding our designed logistics processes and
functioning modes,
transcribe them in a central web library.

You will be able to
develop a product board enabling and facilitating the classification and treatment of our Business Enhancement Requests


With your ability to
find innovative solutions, you will also make sure the information is provided in smart and readable way.


While undertaking these
various transformation projects, it becomes now necessary to also formalize and document our logistics backbone, processes, and business rules.

You also
contribute and dynamize Logistics best practices exchanges across the Regions and Maisons.


In addition to the above mission, you will be also in
charge of designing a concept/tool to support and dynamize our exchanges on the Logistics Operating Model topics,
share our ideas, benchmark our achievements, with the aim of developing a collaborative approach towards
continuous improvement.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?
You are
flexible, curious, dynamic with a
very good ability to learn.
You have the
ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
manage timelines and priorities effectively.

You are at ease with Ms-Office and web tools, such as SharePoint and other data sharing platforms.


You have a Master's degree in engineering or logistics or equivalent, with at least 8 years of professional experience, who allows you to deal and understand complex processes.

You are fluent in English and French.
