Civil Engineering Railway Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Foreman/Railway Specialist to join our team in the Bern region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in railway civil engineering and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise railway civil engineering works, including drainage, cable ducts, masts, and station renewals.
• Manage resources and human resources, overseeing teams of 5-15 people.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A background in construction or a related field;
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in railway civil engineering;
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work flexible hours and lead by example under pressure.
