Architects and Engineers Office is looking for:

Thermal Engineering and/or Building Physics Engineer and/or CECB Expert (M/F) at 80% or 100%

Job Description:

• Conducting energy audits (CECB, CECB)
• Preparing energy justifications for building permits
• Communicating and advising Owners or their representatives
• Assisting Owners in renovation projects

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Lesosai software
• Excellent knowledge of Geneva's energy regulations and laws
• Good understanding of construction materials and their implementation
• Building physics knowledge (thermal bridges, overheating, water vapor diffusion, ventilation). Proficiency in dedicated software desired (Flixo, Wufi, DIAL, etc...)
• Ability to write reports and basic office tools knowledge
• Experience in Ecobalance (SIA 2040, Minergie Eco) and/or life cycle analysis

Your Profile:

• HES or EPF Engineer in Thermal Engineering or Building Physics or equivalent title
• Experience in conducting energy audits or CECB audits (certified expert desired)
• Experience in managing and monitoring MinergieP, Minergie ECO or THPE 2000W standard files
