What you do here
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing talent to join our International Distributors Division.

In this exciting role, with a geographical scope of 4 diverse regions (Greater Europe, APAC, MEIA and LATAM) and more than 90 Countries you will play a key role in driving LINDOR growth agenda and managing and championing key digital tools to drive ways of working efficiencies across all regions.

The role reports into the Marketing Manager

  • Lindor & Seasons and is based in Zurich.
Guardian of DIS LINDOR brand strategy.
Co-owner of the DIS Brand Community Forum, aiming to enable maximum scale and driving execution with excellence across regions.
Participate and support LINDOR Brand Diagnosis deep dives (done once per year across all Regions), working in close collaboration with our consumer Insights Manager and -Regional Marketing Teams
Drive LINDOR portfolio simplification, with the aim to simplify portfolio across regions while increasing our Net Sales per Sku;
Drive development and adoption of Digital tools like DAM, portfolio/ecommerce management tools and artwork development tools for DIS.
Develop and manage the LINDOR portfolio catalogue, being the key point of contact for factories and regions. Includes collection of all portfolio data from various stakeholders and ensuring product assets/ guidelines are up to date. Act as Knowledge Centre and Providing -Critical Insights

Co-lead with Marketing Manager centrally developed scalable growth Initiatives to be deployed across regions - such as New Product Development, and In-store activations (e.g., Trade Story, key visual, packaging designs, hero POS unit, etc.).

Centrally support regions developing their own/specific Initiatives/product Innovation (e.g., Legal Checks, COGS Calculation, contacts with factories, and other administrative tasks are part of the job)
Representing the DIS team in international marketing communities.
Conduct post evaluation of key initiatives, extracting insights to develop lessons learned and recommend changes for future brand activity.
Regularly analyze sales and market audit data (Nielsen), consumer research, and other brand metrics to analyze brand health
Elevate market learnings to accelerate best practices sharing and deployment across regions.

Education:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing or Business administration


Professional Background:
An experience of 3-5 years of Brand/Category Marketing experience ideally in a high paced FMCG environment


Analytical Skills:
Data-driven decision maker, with a passion for insights that drive action. Experience of working with Nielsen Answers will be valued.


Ambition:
Highly ambitious to drive results with collaboration and a can
- do spirit.

Curious, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, steadfastly pushes self and others for results, capability to solve conflicts.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including presentations to top management

Team player and interested in interdisciplinary work (Sales, Finance, Supply). Strong leadership skills to foster collaboration at all levels.


Financial Skills:
Full P&L knowledge


Language Skills:
Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

Willingness to travel required, advanced Microsoft Office Skills (PPT, Word, Excel)
