    Head of Product Quality, Naval Industry

    We are seeking a senior professional to lead our product quality and reliability efforts for complex welded structures in the naval industry.

    • Lead a small team of engineers in ensuring product conformity with customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage and oversee product assurance, risk management, and quality activities including control plans, production quality monitoring, non-conformities, and root cause analysis.
    • Serve as the main quality interface toward customers and cross-functional teams on quality topics.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain strong technical expertise in industrial environments with an engineering degree and extended experience.
      Tackle technically challenging projects within a cutting-edge engineering environment.
