- Provide day-to-day support to IT super user and end users for system issues, troubleshooting and on-site hardware management
- Definition, introduction, and regular realisation of IT end user validations
- Management and collaboration in IT projects
- Continuation on the digitalisation process
- Assume responsibility for IT infrastructure and security solutions liaising with third party providers
- Carry out regular IT audits and provide advisory on improvement areas
- Management of IT Capital Expenditures and Operational Expenditures in line with the agreed annual IT budget ensuring cost efficiencies
- Assume the role of the IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the region, facilitating alignment between the regional Swiss business and Sciensus Group in UK

- Trained ICT Specialist EFZ, Mediamatician EFZ, degree in Computer science or related subject
- Experience as an IT manager within a medium sized organisation
- Excellent knowledge in IT solution delivery and governance
- Experience in the management of cloud hosted infrastructure and security solutions
- Knowledge in IT end user validations
- Experience in IT projects management and digitalisation
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure technology stack highly desirable
- ITIL trained / certified
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders across all layers of the organisations
- Fluent in German and English, French favourable
