Team Assistant International Value & Access**
Location:Hybrid (3 days onsite - 2 remote) Zurich


Reports To:

Head of International Value and Access


This is what you will do:
Team Assistant provides admin support to Head of International Value and Access, and manages projects supporting the IVAP team


You will be responsible for:


  • Providing administrative support to Head of IVAP including calendar management, travel arrangement and expense report preparation
  • Preparing and tracking yearly OPEX (operating expenses) budgets and monthly follow up with project owners


  • Procurement

  • Preparation of Purchase Orders in Coupa, tracking status of requisitions, contracts and orders, responding to suppliers' inquiries about order status and organizing payments and escalation of invoices
  • Providing administrative support regarding general administrative tasks incl. taking minutes of meetings
  • Liaise with the assistants of Senior Alexion Management
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Supporting Management in the onboarding of new staff members
  • Translating and/or organizing translation of documents
  • Supporting Market Access Directors in the project management and coordination of payer market research projects
  • Create and maintain a project and business case management calendar

You will need to have:


  • Min. of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant a must, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Competency using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Sense of ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality
  • Organized, selfmotivated and energetic
  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an officebased role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; problem solve; engage in complex and nonlinear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

We would prefer for you to have:

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Fluency in German is an advantage
