    Société Générale Private Banking, the wealth management arm of Société Générale, is operational in 11 countries across the globe. SGPB Suisse is offering comprises global expertise in international wealth planning as well as in a wide range of investment solutions.

    Mission:

    The internship position will give you insights in the financial market activities of a global investment bank and enable you to further your knowledge of various asset classes and exotic derivatives.

    You will be working alongside one of the structured products sales desks on the trading floor in Geneva and be part of a young, dynamic, tight-knit sales team. You will be in frequent contact with the sales, trading, engineering, middle - back office and support teams as well as our institutional clients with full exposure to the fast-paced trading floor environment.

    Tasks and responsibilities:

    • Booking of primary transactions
    • Providing clients with product related information and documents
    • Managing the flow from front to back office of new issuances as well as inventory products
    • Booking and setting up traded products in various systems (Bloomberg, Reuters, Telekurs)
    • Helping clients with product specific requests such as corporate action adjustments in the legal documentation,
    • Correcting missing or faulty price quotations on Bloomberg, Reuters and making sure that clients are informed about it
    • Redemption or other payment details of new issuances and inventory products
    • Preparing and checking the product specific legal documentation (Termsheets, Final terms)
    • Managing various data bases to keep track of the flow and product inventory involving occasional projects to
    • Automate or simplify processes
    • General ad-hoc duties to support the sales force
