Sales coordinator intern:

An internship agreement is required.

Mission:


  • Support wholesale team with daily operations tasks to ensure targets achievements
  • Daily check of sellout declaration and replenishment proposal
  • Support for staff sale 2x year
  • Followup of retailization KPI's
  • Sales administration
  • Processing orders and followup on product availabilities and delivery status
  • Close follow up and contact with HQ supply chain team to optimize product availability

Staff sales:

  • Daily followup on staff sales payments
  • Sending of reminders when needed

Retailization KPI's:

  • Monthly followup of watch sales w/o warranty extension
  • Monthly followup on other Retailization KPI's

Technical skills and profile:


  • MS Office experience required
  • At ease with different IT tools and platforms
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Fluent in French and English, German a Plus
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Positive attitude and team player
