During the 12-month Internship (location Baden or Zurich) you will partner with the Swiss Country HR Manager in a variety of HR matters.

In this role you will:

Support our Country HR Manager in her responsibilities for local Swiss Hitachi Energy matters
Look into key HR processes and improving them
Participate in interesting transformation projects
Monitor importing country related data
Do document management
Support the revamping of our local Hitachi Energy Web presence

What we require:

Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Human Resource studies or Psychology studies of a Swiss University
Someone who is highly motivated and interested to make a first step into the world of HR
Proactive, organized and openminded personality
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills with an excellent command of English and German (mandatory)
Familiarity with Outlook
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
