In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.

For our growing Facility Management organization we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team:

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level
Ensure effective communication and followup with client, suppliers, peers, building tenants and management at all times.
Stock management and order of supplies
Maintain security and safety as required by law, client and CBRE rules
Manage workspaces in collaboration with Client's WPS
Report, document and followup issues & nonconformances
Keep site and equipment fully operational
Supplier invoices : follow up with suppliers and solving cases
Answer client's inquiries and concerns
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
Handling Shipments & Mails
Invoicing and followup
Suppliers coordination
Other tasks as required by the business

Person Specification/Requirements- Self-motivated, dynamic and open-minded

Flexibility and customer service orientated attitude
Problem solving skills, proactivity and responsiveness
Excellent communication skills

Fluent in German and English
