Main activities and responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced quality assurance specialist for our Quality Assurance Team at the Basel production site.
In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Head of Quality Assurance.Your tasks include:
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP regulations in production and quality control through, among other things, onsite support in the laboratory and shop floor
- Onschedule implementation of the batch record review
- Support, processing and evaluation of deviations, complaints and OOS/OOT
- Participation in qualification and validation projects
- Support for the ongoing development of the quality system on site
- Management and/or participation in internal projects, eg process improvements, data integrity
- Support for customer audits and official inspections, implementation of selfinspections.
Your Profile:
In order to master this challenge successfully, you bring the following skills with you in addition to your solution-oriented way of thinking:
- Completed degree in natural sciences (chemistry, pharmacy, biology or a similar, equivalent degree)
- Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry over several years is required, preferably in the areas of production and/or quality control
- Good communication skills in German and very good knowledge of English
- Proactive and independent way of working
- First experience in project management or in direct management is an advantage.
