This position is located at our corporate office in Baar, Switzerland.


Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our diverse corporate team in Baar, Switzerland.

You will be exposed to the exciting world of international luxury hospitality providing hands-on administrative support in the areas of Spa, Health and Wellness.

You will be working closely with our Global Head of Health & Wellness Development where you are encouraged to contribute your own ideas.

With a positive mindset and a high degree of self-motivation and independence, you are the sought-after member for our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the conceptualization of Aman's wellness development projects, information deck and project overviews
  • Research wellness industry trends and competitive sets
  • Help in creating Aman's wellness development guidelines
  • Assist in generating and analyzing a project's financial proforma and return on investment plans
  • Develop preopening wellness setups together with the Global Head of Health & Wellness Development
  • Manage preopening projects' operating system environments (OSE) as well as furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) including scheduling
  • Manage the corporate preopening project smart sheet folder (Wellness department)
  • Work closely with corporate and property operation teams
  • Support the Global Head of Health and Wellness Development in dayto day administrative duties
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting, support department travel scheduling and expense claims
  • Create and manage the departmental filing system

Qualifications:

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or hospitality/tourism
  • You have ideally already gained initial experience in pre
- and post opening operations at international luxury spas

  • You are fluent in English. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You possess strong organizational skills and have a structured working style
  • You have good analytical and technical skills and very good knowledge of MS Office
  • You feel comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with very good time management, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient
