For our customer, an important engineering company based in
Lugano, we are currently looking for the following position:

Assistant Trade Finance - fixed term contract 12 months

The main responsibilities are:

Down payment documents including preliminary tax calculation (withholding, VAT, minor taxes on software portion), Tax Resident Certificates issued by Swiss/Cantonal authorities, instructions fo issuance of direct/indirect guarantees
Issuance of shipping instructions including preparation of not exhaustive modules of "formulari spedizione", packing list, shipping marks and draft of transport document
Archive in file store and portal of all official docs (not exhaustive: presentations, invoices, bank guarantees, insurances, contracts);
Follow up, correction of single invoice and recall documents for payment;
Advise payment and delivery terms, develop L/C, tax issues (TRC) if necessary with Sales and PM Dpt. in compliance with the sales contract;
Manage export/import L/C (opening, amendments, utilizations) and follow each payment
Manage the requests of opening, amending and closing bank and/or insurance guarantee
Relationship with Banks, Insurance, Serv, Swiss Fiscal Authorities, Fiscal Representatives;
