For a privately owned Swiss Corporation with HQ in Zurich (approx.

As an ICT Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the company's technology strategy to support its long-term business objectives.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and maintain a robust and scalable IT infrastructure that aligns with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain an enterprisewide technology strategy that supports business growth and drives digital transformation.
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand business needs and translate them into architectural requirements and solutions.
Design and optimize the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system integration, and enhance the overall technology landscape.
Create architectural models and roadmaps to guide the implementation of technology solutions.
Ensure that technology decisions align with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms and vendors, fostering a strong vendor management process.
Provide expert guidance and support to project teams during the development and implementation phases.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an ICT Enterprise Architect, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing technology strategies within the mechanical engineering industrie.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and methodologies.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology strategies with organizational goals and future technology trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance considerations in enterprise architecture.

Preferred Skills:

Industry certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF certification).
Previous experience in guiding digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with industryspecific regulations and compliance requirements.
