As we are currently accelerating our Business Development efforts to impact the market and have recently introduced Salesforce as our strategic tool to achieve and monitor our progress, we are currently looking for a Salesforce Process Owner.


Your role:


In this position, you will work closely with closely with our Sales, Marketing and finance teams to design, implement and monitor Salesforce processes.

You will be our internal Superuser to ensure best utilization of the tool among stakeholders. You will contribute to productivity gains, better planning and forecasts of our activities.

  • You will execute day to day tasks and maintain the Salesforce platform such as workflows, reports and dashboards, user account maintenance, etc.
  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Train and share best practices with new users as well as assist current users in expanding Salesforce knowledge.
  • Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates.
  • Manage Salesforce data quality and data migration.

You bring:


  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate, SF Advanced Admin or Trailhead Super Badges.
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Solid knowledge of SF core platform.
  • Creative, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge in creating new processes and their implementation.
  • Drive to further Salesforce knowledge and skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
