Description and Requirements:

Defines, implements and executes the LENOVO ISG business growth strategy for Switzerland
Leading (solid line) the sales as presales team
Maintains senior executive relationships personally

Represents Lenovo with the Swiss Market

Provides outlook forecast and demand planning
Leads by example, sets clear performance standards, provides straightforward feedback in a respectful way, and actively manages low contributors
Recognizes outstanding contributions by employees and teams
Ensures a positive performance climate, listen to employees, address their issues and help employees to develop witin LENOVO's matrix environment
Fosters teamwork and inclusion among all employees across locations
Continuously develops the employees to build a strong team: set clear development plans and goals for every direct report
Personally engages in large and complex negotiations
