We are looking for a Manager, Credit and Dealer Financing who will report to the Director of Credit & Risk Management.

As part of your role, you will reinvent Reinvent BRP's proactive support of business and strategic growth opportunities with optimal best practices and controls to provide visibility of wholesalers' and dealers' financial health, contribute to BRP's strategic plan and optimize company cash flow.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

As Manager, Credit and Dealer Financing team, you will:
Supervise the Credit Department's team of three people located in different countries (Finland, Norway and Switzerland)

Ensure compliance with the credit policy within BRP's Global Credit department and with the internal and external controls (FIC)
Monitor the relationship and the performance of our financial partner (Wells Fargo)
Support global sales teams on different projects
Manage and monitor the network's credit risk and the EMEA credit department budget
Ensure optimization of the cash flow performance
Identify, deploy and communicate business best practices (continuous improvement concept)
Identify, analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex data environment and present insight to the management
Conduct "ad hoc" report and Business case study in line with the global finance strategy

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Five to ten years' experience in credit management
Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office (SAP is a plus)
Fluent in English, Italian, Spanish (any other language is a plus)
Able to meet tight deadlines and cope with changes
Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on deliverables, attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work autonomously with little direction
Teamoriented, and customerdriven (serviceminded) outlook
