PX Group includes a Digital Project Manager (M/F) PX Group consists of about ten companies specializing in the production of high-quality customized semi-finished products for watchmaking, industry, medical, and cutting tools. We offer unique expertise. With a strong family identity, we promote autonomy and are expanding our Methods & teams of PX Précinox and PX Précimet, consisting of 7 people at each site. We are looking for an autonomous, curious project manager with a good sense of initiative to work with multidisciplinary teams. You are proactive and a driving force behind your projects (M/F). Your impact: - Carry out digital projects using Coldform X in close collaboration with subject matter experts to reduce the time and costs of developing new products for production. - Verify production realities (filling, defects, tool holding, etc.), analyze, and understand discrepancies to better address them (impact of various external factors on production and reality: friction / mechanical properties of the deformed and those of tools, etc.). - Ensure reliability and optimize rolling or stretching ranges as part of cost reduction (Lean manufacturing). - Optimize the lifespan of tools through X form processes and ranges (work hardening by pass). - Write a guide for subject matter experts and train them. You will stand out if: - You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science, have initial experience in an academic or professional environment in the field of plastic (cold working), and master process simulation (ideally with Coldform X software or comparable simulation software). - You have a good understanding of phenomena induced by cold plasticity and thermal treatments at the mechanical and metallurgical levels for steels (titanium, nickel, cobalt, and gold base alloys). - You master both French and English, spoken and written.Next steps: If your profile matches our ad, please send a CV and a cover letter.
