    YOUR ROLE:

    Based in Geneva, you will work for the EMEA region, in close contact with the 7 European markets (France, United Kingdom, Benelux & Nordics, Northern Europe, Switzerland, South-East Europe, Iberia) + Middle East and CIS Region.

    Under the supervision of the Regional EMEA HE Merchandising Manager, you will contribute to the achievement of the annual turnover of High-End segment, ensure the execution of commercial transactions and the optimal visibility of the High end offer. You will contribute to the launch of new collections, management of High-End (HE), Fine Jewellery (FJ) stock, High Jewellery events and take decisive actions for the customer satisfaction.

    KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

    CALIBRATION NETWORK & ORGANISATION

    • Ensure the right integration of new product line such as HJ, FJ and HE Watches into the region
    • Analyze the 360° product lifecycle (range, new launch, quality of stock)
    • Define Retail High-End network in collaboration with central team & markets
    • Define stock assortment for the region and by boutiques types and organize replenishment when needed
    • Ensure stock quality in discussion with HQ
    • Monitor, analyze and define the stock allocation and arbitration for external partners and ensure the follow-up of sales.

    SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION

    • Ensure the link with the markets and the central teams through multiple instances (Monthly meeting...)
    • Animate monthly meetings with markets under your responsibility.
    • Ensure a close collaboration with the High-End Hub Operations department.
    • Analysis reports and statistics for your region to allow for better business decisions.

    SALES & REPORTS FOLLOW-UP

    • Develop and provide accurate stock to date to all the community.
    • Follow-up of qualitative information from markets and consolidate and share it with the team /central teams
    • Set and monitor various KPI's regarding merchandising activity (stock performance, deals monitoring, pieces in workshop follow-up...)

    EVENTS

    • Active participation & lead on client appointments for CIS and Russian clientele
    • Ensure to get the needed stock on all type of events (Inter, regional, local) and organize logistic transfers with respect of timing
    • Inter-event / Inter-regional events: participation for the stock pieces and team management on site
    • Follow-up of qualitative information from markets
    • Global follow-up on performance. Collects market feedback and consolidate it to share it with the team /central teams
    • Organize fast track deliveries to final destinations for sales & deals

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor or Master's degree
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Merchandising / Operations in a high-Jewellery environment
    • Training in Gemmology, GIA diploma
    • Strong knowledge of CIS and Russian clientele
    • Fluent English & Russian, french is a real plus
    • SAP skills, PEGA ideally, pack office
