For our client, a well-known international bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Funds Transfer Specialist (4-6 months).

Job description Review and drafting of fund documents received from clients (fund management companies)Comparison of different draft versions prior to submission to the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA)Clarification of open points with internal teams (ICM/Fund Accounting/TA)Reviewing and monitoring fund documents and ensuring its conformity with Swiss regulatory requirements Review of fund contracts and their investment compliance rules which the depositary banks need to monitor Preparation/Review of fund matrices (inventory of fund investment compliance rules)Review of full implementation of investment compliance rules into new system (CRIMS) as compared to existing one (MIG21)Communication to clients in relation to fund matrices and fund documents Other fund related tasks Profile Banking apprenticeship or similar3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Switzerland Legal or paralegal background desired Knowledge of and experience with collective investment schemes Service- and client-oriented way of working German and English fluently in both speaking and writing
